The Institute of Population, Health, and Development (PHAD) believes everyone deserves to live in healthy physical and socioeconomic environments and have good health. PHAD is an interdisciplinary institute aiming to understand and improve the health of human populations, especially disadvantaged groups, through research, training, and interventions. PHAD is an independent and non-profit public health and scientific organization based in Hanoi, Vietnam. PHAD values working partnerships and strives to provide independent, objective, evidence-based advice to policymakers, health professionals, and the private and public sectors.
