The Institute of Population, Health, and Development (PHAD) believes everyone deserves to live in a healthy physical and socioeconomic environment and have good health. PHAD is an interdisciplinary institute aiming to understand and improve the health equity of human populations, especially women and other disadvantaged groups, through research, training, and interventions to protect fundamental human rights of health and wellbeing. PHAD is an independent and non-profit technological and scientific organization based in Hanoi, Vietnam. PHAD values working partnerships and strives to provide independent, objective, evidence-based advice to policymakers, health professionals, and the private and public sectors.
