The use of e-health and m-health technologies in health services, promotion and primary prevention is a growing popular trend globally. In Vietnam, the government has decided to move to e-Government and strengthening the use of electronic system to provide public services and management. With the internet is widely available at all level of the health care system and more than 100 millions active cell phone in the country, Vietnam is a very potential country to introduce m-Health and e-Health to improve the quality of health services and prevention.

Institute of Population, Health and Development (PHAD) aims to collaborate with researchers in the country or international countries to introduce and apply research and intervention in e-Health and m-Health to help the country reaching the SDG toward 2030 that the government of Vietnam has agreed and committed with the United Nations in 2017.
